I think that mutch bether way to make province trede more usefull is that you remove time restrictions(7 day rule).
If you want to stop miltiple account players just make only 1 core province trade per day and make non core provinces limitless in trade.
Roleplaying would be mutch easyer to play when you can do peac deals and to clean border gore.
