i think this would be help full for countries like the russian empire on the european map and to make it balanced it would be slower than the plane transport.
there should be a land transport for naval units

One does not simply move a 30k ton ship across land. They could move a frigate across land at best. However, there is no chance of moving any heavier ships. By far the most absurd suggestion I have heard.

John is a peaceful citizen. He wakes up, and brushes his teeth. He hears something out of his window. He looks out, and sees a battleship about the size of his town being towed by a tractor through main street. He yawns and goes back to bed. Just another day in Call of War.WHOS GONNA CARRY THE BOATS?
WHOS GONNA CARRY THE LOGS?

LOL though I think it might be nice if we could get... commercial use planes in the game, to transport units with helicopters and planes, paratroopers are bad against tanks

the only thing that was kind of transported accross land in WWII was subs“I do not love the sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior. I love only that which they defend.”
“If you win, you need not explain!”
“What difference does it make if destruction is wrought under the name of dictators or in the name of democracy?”

I think having ships stuck in the ocean is cool because it lets you use the most out of the map. Say you need to move a ship from the Pacific to the Atlantic. You can go through Panama or if that area is too risky take the northern passage in Canada.
