Why is canada so much more smaller than america. Isn’t this supposed to be historically accurate

Remember this is 1942 we're talking about. In 1941 the population of whitehorse was 754. We're not giving points for that especially when shipping hubs like glasgow or cities like San Diego remain worth nothing.

Well I mean Canada was never really populated many people. Most of Canada is a barren tundra filled with geese and deers.

Aren't cities based on military significance and not really population? Anchorage is a city and in 1942 had a population of 6000. Halifax 30 years before had ten times that population and its Canada's most significant Atlantic port, militarily. I think it should at least become a city.
