      1. Submarines are defensive weapons because they cannot attack land units or building

      2. Similarly, naval bombers are also defensive weapons, weak at attacking land units or building

      3. Upgrading the fleet and planes after it is large can save a lot of resources and population, which is generally 10

      4. Many players believe that the ocean is a complete blank, which is actually a complex path

      5. If there are no units on the shore, you can't see the landing enemy unit or fleet

      6. The standard composition of the small fleet is 1 battleship, 3 cruisers and 1 destroyer (day 1-3)

      7. The standard medium fleet consists of 10 battleships, 10 cruisers and 2 destroyers (day 3-5)

      8. The standard composition of the later decisive fleet is 20 battleships, 10 cruisers, 10 aircraft carriers and 4 destroyers (day 5-10)

      9. The standard aircraft carrier formation is 10 aircraft carriers(LV2, 40 planes), 10 cruisers(LV1) and 4 destroyers

      10. Aircraft configuration of aircraft carrier (10) for sea war: 20 fighters (LV3), 20 Navy bombers (LV3), 10 fighter bombers (LV3, for scout)

      11. Aircraft configuration of aircraft carrier (10) for land war: 20 fighters (LV3), 20 fighter bombers (LV3), 20 tank attack aircraft (lv2-lv3), 10 Navy bombers (LV3, for scout)

For starters, you know that there is an extensive naval guide on the forum right: Guide to Naval Warfare for 1.5

Overall your advice isn't that bad but I have some improvements if you'd like 8)

1: Submarines are offensive units as they are perfect to attack convoys, patrol your coast to prevent an invasion or to use as spies on the enemy coastline.

2: naval bombers are offensive units, they shred unescorted convoys, destroyers and battleships. As it is a naval unit it's obvious that you shouldn't use it to attack land based units or buildings. For that you would need tactical, attack and strategic bombers.

3: Waiting too long with upgrading means that your units are outdated and that you will lose your navy easily to the superior enemy navy.

4: There are small dots on the naval map that you can see with advances graphics switched on. You need to occupy those waypoints if you want to set up a blockade.

5 and 6: Solid advice

7: you should split that up into two stacks of 5 battleships, 5 cruisers and 1 destroyer as then you would have optimal SDBE as only 10 units fight in a stack. However you are light on the destroyers. A big stack of capital ships that represent a ton of resources and manpower is a very juicy target for a stack of 10 subs.

8: I hope you will split that up into 3 stacks for the reasons stated in point 7. If not than it is just a waste as only 10 units will fight due to SDBE.

9: solid advice but send subs ahead because you don't want to run into battleships with that stack.

10: I don't know what you mean with fighter bombers? I guess those are tactical bombers? Those are not usefulll in a navy war. Tacs are for attacking land units only. 20 interceptors and 20 naval bombers is solid, great that you thought about protecting your naval bombers. All though don't go to heavy on the navy as they don't conquer land. The point of a navy is to protect your territory against a seaborne invasion and to protect your army when you cross the ocean or sea to invade.

11: 20 fighters check, 20 attack bombers check, the fighter bombers are 20 attack bombers I guess which is great. Split them up into stacks of 5/5/5 so that each time 10 bombers attack the enemy and each stack has the protection of 5 interceptors. Those 10 naval bombers are solid advice as you still need those to scout for subs and steer clear from danger.
