Patrols
Since the update there are major issues with patrol mechanics:
-repeated instances of minimal or no defensive damage on attacks made within the patrol radius and just plain missing attacks within the patrol radius.
-Direct attacks on patrolling planes sometimes causes no defensive damage. Not consistent or predictable.
It seems that a bug was introduced. The net effect is that using planes on patrol requires massive micromanagement and that patrolling interceptors often (but not always) do not deal defensive damage against direct attacks. This makes direct attacks against incoming interceptors the only plausible way to protect bombers.
not working as intended.
Revolts
Since the update, revolt mechanics are very wonky. Just observed in a new game Multiple players entering the game and immediately having random provinces revolt and joining other random nations. For example, a player just entered as North Carolina and one of his provinces revolted immediately to Hawaii. Multiple multiple instances of this. See below image of players having to reconquer their own provinces right at the start of the game.
Also observed, in later stages of the game, multiple instances of revolts happening with large stacks of units in the province. The player would lose the entire stack, with a large portion of it converting to the enemy. A teammate just lost an 11 unit stack with 7 units going to the enemy. This flies against the notion that potential revolt can be put down with garrison troops. Obviously this is not working as designed. It is a huge bug and really needs to be looked at right away as it has potential to ruin games.
