      Allies vs. Fascists on a historical world war map for 30 countries by Wojtata2

      Rules:
      1. This is a team game: Allies vs Fascists. The assignment of countries to the Allied and Fascist teams is as follows:
      1) Fascists:
      a) First choice: Germany, Italy, Japan, Romania, Spain,
      b) Second choice: Manchukuo, Sweden, Turkey
      c) Third Choice: Persia
      d) Fourth choice: Argentina, Peru, Venezuela
      2) Allies:
      a) First choice: UK, France, USA, USSR, British Egypt
      b) Second choice: Canada, India, Australia,
      c) Third choice: South Africa,
      d) Fourth choice: Brazil, Mexico
      2. Countries are divided into 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th choice, as well as non-playable countries that are not allowed to be chosen and do not belong to any team. First, you choose your first choice, and only if there are more players, you can choose your next choice.
      3. Both teams must have the same number of players, except in 4th choice countries where the fascists have one more country.
      4. The game has a 1 day of AI player peace period and zero day peace period for people, but the following rules must be adhered to.
      5. Allies are prohibited from conquering bot-controlled countries, with the exception of the USSR, which has the right to attack any bot-controlled country.
      6. The Allies are forbidden to attack fascist countries that have not yet joined the war, that is, are not at war with any bot or player.
      7. Fascists can attack any country for no reason.
      8. Germany is obliged to declare war on any country on the first day of the game, and thus give the Allies a reason to attack them.
      9. The USSR is forbidden to attack fascist states until the 4th game day. If the USSR is attacked by a fascist state, the prohibition does not apply and the USSR may attack any fascist state.
      10. The Allies may attack countries that have given an excuse for war. The pretext for the war are:
      a) attacking any country of the player or bot,
      b) violation of your country's airspace (the airplane dot is in your country),
      c) admitting the troops of the state participating in the war onto its territory.
      The pretext for the war should be reported in the newspaper stating the cause, place and name of the unit or the types and number of units that gave the pretext for the war.
      11. Non-playable countries that must not be chosen:
      Poland, Yugoslavia, the Netherlands, Mongolia, Xinjiang, Tibet, China
      12. Teams may agree on a date on which the above rules cease to apply and the total war takes place. The 14th day of the game is suggested.
