<p>I canceled the build queue and lost the resource, not restored is this normal? I have lost resources several times in my current game after canceling production, I have been losing resources within the game, preventing my progress within the game, this is not fair and doesn't even make the game fun because of this bug, what to do? need help. first match in the game where I invested a lot of my time and money for this to happen, very frustrating</p>

You only get back the unused portion of the resources, example if unit is 75% complete you would get 25% of resources returned.

Also, things in your build queue which did not start yet, did not use up any resources. So when you remove items from the queue that did not start yet, you of course also won't get anything back.
