Since last update I have noticed that even though my units are in the middle of the newly conquered province,that province will still glow red,then I give order to move to center of the province (even thought they already are there)and glowing stops.
And that would not be the issue if when I rejoin game,it didnt starts glowing red again.
I repeated multiple times and got same results.

Don't know if that is only issue in my game or global issue or wether or not that is visual bug or if revolts would truely happened.
