| > -Level 21 or higher > -Statistics don't matter > -Ability to learn and/or teach > -Account on our Forum > -Basic English (at least) > -A username in CoW (Not user1234..) > -Participation in at least every second internal game > -Active on Discord and in-game at least every 2 days (exceptions possible) |
