    • Fire Control for patrolling aircraft

Fire control applies to all land-based artillery as well as to all naval units (convoys excepted).
The various features are useful if accessible to Premium players, and I think such a feature should be implemented in patrolling aircraft.
At present, aircraft essentially are set to "fire at will" in that they will attack any enemies within range every 15 minutes. However, if this is implemented, it should be possible to:
      - attack all enemies, as well as neutral units
      - attack only enemies
      - not attack anything unless ordered to*
Some of the fire control modes may not make sense for aircraft, however.
      Just a suggestion.

      * This is different from an explicit "attack" command in that attacks require refueling

This should be under Suggestions/Criticism, but I do not know how to change this.
Aeroplanes are interesting toys but of no military value.

A pretty mechanical toy [...] the war will never be won by such machines.
