Portugal should be playable in 1939 Historic World War

Since the Netherlands is playable because they have the dutch east indies and all, I noticed that Portugal has colonies in Africa and Asia, it's also a real pain to take over Portugal because of the colonies since the AI doesn't know no how to play properly and all. I will submit a screenshot to prove my point. I'm surprised it isn't playable. Would love to see a new nation playable! The same goes to Belgium

An extra province should be added as panjim, portugal Controlled Dili and Panjim which would be added to make it a 60 VPS nation

Sorry for late response but it appears as of game started on 6th February 2023 that Dili is currently occupied by Portugal rather than the Netherlands, so I think they've updated it.

Yes, but that's only one province. They can add some cities. Belgium isn't that big so idk about it
