No need to be aggressive versus Rachellreist. Other than that. @Rachellreist You should try to make those roles in a team within your messenger reach (e.g. discord, or whatever) and look how this evolves, than you will know, why all the above are reacting like that.

In theory yes, however consider that a Call of War coalition is an Oddly Small Organisation, it has only three-five members. If we introduced such roles, it would probably result in two leaders on top, and an arse-simian at the bottom taking orders. This sometimes happens anyway, but is not an effective way to administrate anything.

Ignoring the G.R.O.S.S-style titles that would result, like presidentilissimo-for-life or king and tyrant, which would be quite funny, I see no real point certainly in smaller matches.

In larger matches such as World at War, and possibly 50p matches, it could sort of work? It'd make sense to have an appointed second-in-command. They could have powers comparable to the leader and take over if he goes inactive.
But any more than 1 extra title seems redundant.

I think this feature would be amusing, but as people have pointed out, not everyone is mature enough to do this properly and refrain from handing out silly titles.
