    • There should be an option to create a battleplan which could be saved then activated.

Designated units would remain at their respective points until activation or being ordered to move.

Moving designated units before activation of the plana would immediatley cancel it

The icon for it could be called General Staff

The newspaper would also would report the commencement of the operation , just after the declaration of war

      Example: Operation Tannenbraum has begun

      What do you guys think
      Glory to the Union!

      Glory to the Red Army!

      Glory to the Revolution!

Marshal of the Forum High Command
    • You can sort of do it by having delays on unit movement.
If implemented, this would probably be a high command feature and give more power to them.
Aeroplanes are interesting toys but of no military value.

A pretty mechanical toy [...] the war will never be won by such machines.

why would it be bad claudio
Well, I don't think the idea is bad, but it's mostly already there and the extra is not needed.

Battle plans are mostly already there by using the 'Delay' command by commencing it at a specific time. As at @Lord Crayfish said.

Spies can already reveal unit attack and movements coming towards your land. Military Sabotage......

For the naming, what would be considerd a battleplan? Capture of a specific province? Country? Can there be more than 2 battle plans in 1 country? Multiple countries as a battleplan? What if two battleplans run into eachother? What if I want a surprise attack?

Well, we can move units at the specific time range and spy on others 'plans' already. And you can post in the newspaper also, right?
      No

When the fake daddies are curtailed, we have failed. When their roller coaster tolerance is obliterated, their education funds are taken by Kazakhstani phishers, and their candy bars distributed between the Botswana youth gangs, we have succeeded.
