planes hide airbases

currently if you see a stack of planes, you can see their airbase then send strat bombers to destroy i.

this is unrealistic and should be removed so that you just don't see the planes if they refuel

I agree. It took a lot of efforts for air forces in WWII to search for enemies' air bases. correct me if I'm mistaken

completely agree. the worst case being when the planes are carrier based. Finding carriers is no easy task , review the movie Midway to see how important that is.
another surrealism with planes is that after they uncover a moving unit, that units forward path is displayed. In one case, a submarines 2 day journey was revealed in this manner.

Full agreement.

Plane's base of departure should not be visible. Nor the location of the carriers. You would see the planes coming in from a certain direction, but that's it. You should need to search out that way to find the base or carrier.

Correct also on the march routes. At a minimum you would see the unit's destination to the next way point province but no further.

Yes. applies to units more generally; you shouldn't be able to see the path they are moving in
