      Generals,

our intelligence was able to infiltrate the enemy forces and retrieved a small amount of blueprints! Unfortunately not all our spies made it back to the Headquarter and we are left in the dark with yet another puzzle…

What we were able to figure out so far: the enemy is deep in the development of a new type of units. So far so so good, but we can’t figure out what exactly this kind of unit might be, as crucial parts of the blueprints are missing. What we could see from the ones we were able to retrieve, these new units must be huge, not to say of an enormous size.

As we urgently need to solve this mystery in order to stay competitive, we need your help, generals. Help us to figure out what these units might be, so we can catch up.

      Be on the alert, generals.

    • I haven't made a post on here in awhile, but I always love speculating on the new releases, so I hopped back on the forum to add my two cents. Immediately after seeing the latest update from our amazing HQ, I started doing some research. Now obviously, some of the biggest war machines in WWII were Aircraft Carriers, and obviously our good friend that we all already know and love; the 342.8 mm Railway Gun.
There were other War machines that were made, but most of the bigger stuff came in after WWII, for example: the Zubr-class LCAC. A massive hovercraft made by the Russians in 1988, and used in transporting troops from carriers to shore. Obviously nobody here is interested in "Troop Transport" though.
I did see something that interested me however, the Soviets also put out a command vessel called "Ural" that was so big, it took two nuclear reactors to power it. It had enough electronic equipment on it to monitor the entire pacific ocean without leaving the docks. Imagine being able to see every single ship that floats across the Ocean, and what that would do to help ensure a victory for you? But unfortunately, that was also produced way too late, in 1989.
I finally did hit upon a winner in my research however. One of the largest war machines ever invented was the American 1,123 foot long Aircraft Carrier (you guessed it!), called the USS Enterprise. If you thought the Ural was crazy with two nuclear reactors, it was mere child's play compared to the power in the Enterprise. EIGHT nuclear reactors were needed to push this monstrosity across the waters. There was supposed to be 5 more just like it, but the cost of building just ONE was so STUPID RIDICULOUS, that they cancelled the other 5. I do believe that our next big release is going to be an aircraft carrier, guys. I found lots of other cool stuff too, but for what we are looking for, these were the only things that are HUGE enough, and don't already exist in the Call of War world.
A few notes on how I think they might come out research wise: I do believe that if indeed we do get carriers, they will be available for research around the same time that you can research a level 2 battleship. Perhaps even later. Because these are so big, costs for producing them will be massive as well. I think they will be pretty slow too, and very vulnerable to subs, and will need to have a destroyer escort for sure.

Well, that concludes my comments on the possibilities. I hope you guys enjoyed my ideas.
As always, good day, and Happy Hunting.

Na man, you want those Imperial Star destroyers. Or, hopefully they'll be adding a 'whine about gold' feature in the forums!
