      Yes. Minority governments are unusual. Normally the government (For the last few decade its been the Conservatives) win with over 50% of the vote. That way they can automatically pass legeslation unless they have a rebellion.

    • Yeah in America a good portion of presidents (Bush, Trump, Harrison, usually Republicans but I think some Democrats as well) are elected even though they lost the popular vote. Middle of Nowhere states like Wyoming which contribute little to the economy technically have more voting power than Giants like Texas and California. Many senators and representatives as well… enough so that technically speaking a minority of the population controls the country. Lobbying and two parties don’t exactly help represent all the people either…
