I just joined an ACAI event round as Communist China, but when the map loaded I found my troops being attacked by Nationalist China troops. This is unfair because they got to start attacking me before I even joined the round. Please modify the settings to these maps so you can't attack countries until a player joins as them.
ACAI Suggestion: Make It So Nobody Can Attack A Country That Hasn't Joined Yet

I've had this happen before. Not sure if they can do what you're asking because it could interfere with the pre-made code.
