      Please increase the food production metrics in the larger map games. As the games mature, and larger armies are required, it is virtually impossible to maintain a positive food production. Thus, cities start to smoke, and morale drops, and you lose the cities. Not good. :thumbdown:

      There was a pretty extensive topic on this long ago, when the World Map first came out. You may want to check it out.
      It's been a while
    • The big killer for food production is the 75% non-core production penalty. This is a ridiculously high penalty. I suggest this penalty should be reduced. Possibly have this penalty reduced with each Industrial complex built by 10% with a further 5% for each Infrastructure Level developed for each province.
