They don't like to giving answer to beginners and they don't like to playing big maps like world at war map so I have doubt about do they know even countries and their resources but if you want an answer

most territory countries are not from pan asian doctrine and they are not good at having oil too
for example north brazil has 32 , egypt 32 , algeria 31 , gabon 31 , siberia 31 , west yakutia 30
egypt has 5 oil , greece has 5 oil , odisha has 5 oil , north usa has 5 oil

so for pan asian I can suggest to look borneo , it has 5 food production and everyone wants to trade food on map
it is good for infantry , artillery , big ships and planes
easy to protect because it has two island , borneo is surrounded by many small islands which have many free points and resources
most experienced player don't prefer island countries so probably your neighbours won't be experienced ones

if you are a light tank lover then go nationalist china , produce light tanks with war bonds and invade communist china fastly at 1st day , you should be from one of the first players on map which joined to game so while you are attacking to communist china it won't give answer , nationalist china has equal resources , support it with booster cards from advertisement videos and you will be one of the big powers at first days
