      Game Notes:
All factions from the same team must share Map Information

      More Notes:
Tanks are not allowed in the game until Day 31, and then, only Light Tanks are allowed.
Only Interceptors (Fighters) are allowed to be in the game, and then, not until Day 11

-America cannot attack any nations until day 15 unless attacked first.
-Neutral powers have ten days to choose a side, if they do not choose after ten days, then they are neutral for the rest of the game.
-All neutral powers can only fight a faction who attacks them within the first 10 days. The only exception is Communist Russia. They can attack the Russian Empire right away.
-All factions from the Entente must share Map, and same for the Central Powers.
-Should Russia fall to the Communist Rebels, Communist Russia becomes Central Power.
