    Diplomacy

Diplomacy tab gives you the ability to see which countries are active, to trade resources, send messages, start alliances, view the country info and much more.
Diplomacy tab is located next to the newspaper and research tabs.

By selecting it a new tab will show up. There you will be able to see your relations with other countries, their activity, number of their provinces, Victory Points and you can send them a message.
    Relations
There are 6 different types of relations you can have with a country - War, Trade Embargo, Peace, Right of Way, Share map and Shared intelligence (HC only).

War- Your army will automatically open fire on any enemy unit on range.
Trading (buying and selling) in the Market is not possible.

Trade Embargo - Trading (buying and selling) in the Market to the country you have this relation with is not possible.
Only enemy armies that try to enter your territory will be attacked.
Peace - It also means that you're neutral with the country you have this relation with. Trading in market is possible, and armies that meet in neutral ground will not fight.

Right of Way - Allows you to move your troops in and through the country you have the relation with. Airbases of the allied country can be used to launch planes & rockets.

Share Map - allows the country you have this relation with to view your map, your armies, to move troops in and through your territory, use your air bases..

Shared Intelligence - allows the country you have this relation with to view your map, your armies, to move troops in and through your territory, use your air bases and see your espionage reports.

*If you give Right of Way
to AI (Computer players) they will eventually give it back. Same goes for peace - as long as they don't engage in hostile actions with their troops.[/color]
Elite AI don't change relations that easy - your reputation plays an important role.
AI will send you offers which require Gold. Gold cannot be traded between users.

    Country Info & Messaging

By selecting country info you will be given an insight on: number of the citizens, number of Provinces, Capital, Known army size, countries in war with and aswell as if that user is Member of the High Command or not. You will also be given the chance to see the players profile - Name, Level and Alliance they belong to.
Right next to the info button, a message option is given. By using it you can - send a message or a trade request.
You can trade resources, armies, and provinces, or you can send a relation request.
Using the New Trade button, you will be given the chance to decide what you offer to the country and what you demand from them.
Messages can also be sent anonymously.
    Activity
Users activity is portrayed next to Victory Points.
-A tick shows that the user is active, and is commanding their armies.
An O shows that the user is not active and the AI will take over the country. Game Admin can remove them and new players can join and take over their countries.
A X shows that the country is controlled by a computer player (AI). AI can produce troops and construct buildings.
