    • Hello,

Province morale is a huge factor in the game mechanics of Call of War. Revolts can happen when province morale is below 35%, the chance of a revolt increases as the morale becomes lower. This is a built in game mechanic to stop one player from steam rolling an entire map.

Revolts if they occur happen at day change. To prevent revolts you will need to stations troops in the low morale provinces to crush any rebellion. If they revolt succeeds then the units will either be destroyed or change sides. You may also use gold to immediately raise morale of these provinces.

A helpful tip is to wait to take the enemy capitol until you have all the other provinces, as taking the enemy capitol will give you a morale boost across all provinces and thus bring them up to a high enough morale to avoid a chance of revolt.
