Except you're wrong. lvl 3 Tacs have 6.0 damage against infantry units. AA is infantry, not armor.DxC wrote:
I guess it depends on the definition of plenty. Take lvl3 TAC vs lvl3 AA, for example.unit pwr HP build upkeepmiech wrote:
I brought plenty of AA

AA 6.0 10 12 40f
Assuming not in mountains, on average you would need 5 AA per 4 TAC to break even.

since bytro is currently on the bug mission, perhaps they can sort the above bug/feature out by placing AA/AT/arties in the infantry tab where they belong

The armor class in the Attributes screen shows the defensive characteristic. They are in armor since their primary mission is to kill armor. Except for AA. So I weaved myself into a contradiction. So I will end my post with that.

the problem is that there is no "Artillery" class. I won't even mention the huge mistake of placing the largest ground artillery units in the 'secret' category.

there are armor units in the Infantry tech tree as well... Mech infantry
What armor type a unit has, has not much to do with what tech tree it belongs to. -
