Agree, he was the best one but unfortunely he is not in the poll :(
Zhukov was the best. Every/nearly every major Soviet victory in WWII was planned and overseen by Zhukov. If there was a situation, Stalin called him in.

He was the best Soviet General by far, he had guts, the rest of the generals just sucked up to Stalin, Zhukov played it strong

I was thinking a similar thing. Based on how the soviet army did without Zhukov and how those same armies did with Zhukov, one would have to consider the improvement. Zhukov for sure made a tremendous difference when he was in charge.

Yeah, he sure was great. Remember that time he beat Manstein at Kursk? What a guy!
There more to that, but I cant deny it he a good commander, but Rommel, Manstein and Guirden

just to add Manstein strongly pushed for an immediate pincer offensive while the Soviets were still recovering from Kharkov. Most of OKH supported Manstein's proposal, but Hitler did not in an uncharacteristic bit of hesitation. Today, most experts agree that an immediate offensive at Kursk would have caught the Soviets with the pants down and resulted in a major German victory.

So again, Hitler being the soviets and Allies best weapon

      Do you know the ratio?
      from when?
      Your slow.

Do you know the ratio of German troops killed by the Soviets versus everyone else fighting the Germans at the end of WWII in 1945?

If you don't get this, this being the sentence, you must go to the doctors and get your head checked.

Chap, the Americans had the best KD ratio of the war, fighting in the pacific.
And the Chinese had the second best KD ratio, against the Japanese ( surprising Ikr)

Then the germans and soviets, although this varys a lot, it is in the region of about 6 to 1 in 1941, then about 2-1 in 1942 and 1-1 later on in the war

You, uh, you don't get it, do you?

This is a Soviet vs everyone else kill/kill ratio. The ratio is around 12/1. So for around every 12 Germans killed by Soviet forces, everyone else combined killed about one.

That actually isn't true. It's more like 5/1. Source:
