On every game i have played on,mostly after the 4th or 3rd day 80% of the active players go inactive. Is this common? Will those players come back?

Those who become inactive on day 4 are mostly the people who just joined the game, didn't play it at all and left. System shows them as inactive on day 4. They will not return in 99% of cases.

It seems the game engine puts newbies (like you and me) into games that are all newbies.
Given that the average game player on the 'net seems to have the attention span of a ferret on crack, that results in a lot of abandoned games.
Solution is to treat that first game (or five) as an opportunity to learn all the quirks of the game interface. Build up your skills, save your gold when you are ready...
Go here:
Player's League - Sign up for October
and sign up. I have not yet been placed in the player league game but I suspect the "coup-d-etat" is much more rare. If only because everyone who has signed up has cared enough to log in here and actually sign up.
See you there. -
It is, and though we have roughly 10% no shows, the ones that do show up tend to stay active until no hope of recovery is there.
Better then 80% no shows right?;) -
Here is a thought, maybe make a ranked game.Hello there!

I did went inactive at the first 4 days of my first game, i came back on the 5th day and start conquering enemy country. Eventually i become the last one active so i retired the game and got 3rd place.
