Rally point commands that are given while under High Command should not be disobeyed even though HC runs outs. If the order was given before then its valid order in hands and should be carried out. After that then no unless HC is renewed.
Also if I have setup rally points and my HC runs out I should still have the ability to REMOVE the rally point whether I have HC or not!
A reminder that HC is about to run out would be nice as well, this way I don't have to let it lapse.
