  Ok look Im sorry mate but Im afraid its not going to work, Ive also saw the Rules and Regs of this group training alliance and I dont like, the presumption of a person doing wrong thing and being given a yellow warning and red warning etc, creates a tension I dont like. Its reminds me of a group for little boys not that of gentleman.
