How time flies when you enjoy yourself! Has it been this long already? This week, Call of War is turning nine years old. And as with every year, we have planned a big birthday bash to celebrate. Get ready for a tour de force of Event maps, birthday gifts and sales for you to enjoy over the next two weeks.

Join us in celebrating nine years of tense battles and daring strategies. We have a special birthday gift for you as a token of our appreciation for your loyalty and continuing support for Call of War.
Capture a single province during the birthday celebrations and then head to the operations window to redeem your gift!

Events

A new event map every two days! We've curated a selection of your most beloved maps so that we can celebrate in style. The map will change every two days, so check out the schedule below. You do not want to miss out on your favorites!

You can also join the official Call of War Discord, where you can follow our event calendar to automatically be notified when a new event map starts.

Event Operation

And if the event maps alone are not enticing enough you can partake in the special Event Operation. Progress can only be made by completing objectives on any of the birthday event maps. You’ll be richly rewarded with a selection of unit cards and resource boosters. You never know when you might need that extra bit of firepower, so this is your opportunity to stock up on reserves!

Attention, General!

Great news for our Mobile Generals! Call of War's Mobile Shop has been overhauled to provide a more convenient and user-friendly experience.

We are bringing more variety to stealth gameplay. Today’s update includes a nerf to Militia, impacting their ability to operate deep behind enemy lines. At the same time, we buffed the Stealth levels of Commandos and Paratroopers, making them more resistant to the Level 3 Scout units already available when they are unlocked.
Further we changed Tank Destroyers. We gave them stealth and a strength bonus on Plains. This lets them meet tanks head on where they are strongest, making for exciting showdowns on the battlefield!

When setting up a delayed march on speed maps, inputs are now using real-time values rather than in-game time. This makes setting up a delayed march much more convenient.

Attention Generals!

Exciting news from our busy engineers! We've completed the migration to a new system for handling statistics in real-time. This means much improved reliability and up-to-date info on your player profile, rank, rewards as well as the potential for challenging new tasks in the Operations system!

As the stats system was taken offline for a short duration during the upgrade, some statistics may not have been recorded. This means that, although we worked hard to keep this period brief, some minor deviations may be noticed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Release Notes - 2024-03-19 We fixed several bugs with this update, including issues with planes getting stuck in their flying animation. Additionally, we removed several capitals on the America Homefront and Doomsday Event maps in nations that happened to have two capitals instead of one.
