I've seen naval units appear to stop firing when engaged in combat until enough units were killed to remove the oil maintenance...what are the full effects of an oil shortage on Naval, Armor and Air units? Thank you for any information you may have - I cannot seem to find any in the manual or in the forums.

How many of you know of the "Third Reich" Avalon Hill boardgame (in all versions)? Not to mention the poor 3.5" Floppy version - Also, how about "War in the Pacific" and "War in Europe" mega-board games? Also combining the two with rules for a true "World War" game? (need two large tables for that one, not to mention time). I'm 53, so 70 isn't far off comparatively and a "real time" game is nice.
