If you want to build troops, you need to have the resources to build them with. Make sure you have your industries up to level 2 by day 3/4. Also, in balanced rounds you should have counquered at least 1 player nation by them, which will increase your resource income. I usually research L1 of all units I plan to make, build them cheap and skip upgrade later. Saves lots of time and money.
LT spam works best in Allies and PanAsian. For Axis, stacks of MT + minf are great as your primary land melee stacks, supplemented by arty and aa ofc. I’ve seen players use this strategy to great effect. I joined a dead Homefront round as Colombia so I can try this strategy out before using it in a WaW.
I feel like this is a problem that needs to be addressed. I think there should be a 10-15 min cooldown period between joining games, maybe a longer cooldown for each type of round, for example you would have to wait 2-3 hours before joining another hww.
