Spelling and Grammar checks: Ongoing thread

Hello everyone, just to get some checks done on the English version, just post here if you see some spelling or grammar issues, and I'll tabulate a growing list.
Don't forget to also post if the issue has been resolved, and I'll amend the entry accordingly.

(For simplification, both american and british versions of spelling are applicable.)

Map:
-It says "Gulf of Finnland"
-"Sidni Ifni" in Morocco, should be "Sidi Ifni"

Research:
-Mechanized Infantry "... It is as well the fastest..." -> "It is not just the fastest" or wtte
-Battleships "...protection against submarines to operate successful." - Successfully

World Herald Announcements

Oh, OK. Thought it was sarcasm. BTW, I have to add that the one with the spelling mistake was 6 Romanian destroyers, and the one without was only 1.

It says 'Field Marshall', and I believe it should be Field Marshal. Med map as Germany.

On romanian map correct ...

No, it should be lows. Low morale. I have read it in multiple books.

I had always considered it in the same context as "people with depression reach a new low", but I see to that this is open to multiple interpretations.
Perhaps "war weariness causes new lows in [capitol captured], while people celebrate in the streets of [capitol of conqueror]"?

Kalantigos, yes, it's open to multiple interpretations; all but one of which would be incorrect.

Ask yourself, "new 'lows' in/of what?" War weariness causes new lows in/of war weariness? People with depression reach a new low in/of depression? Asking "in what?" helps one to construct the sentence as intended.

The WH text should be brief and simple so an English as a Second Language (ESL) and less literate English-speaking players would understand it. But, at the same time, it should properly convey the intended message so there are no possible misinterpretations.

How about, "...war weariness increases in [capitol captured]..."?
