The draw has been done and now what?
This section will help you to get your head around...
Firstly have a look which group your team is and who are your opponents in the group phase of the tournament - it's worth to make a note points of contact of these (leaders / officers)
Groups a published in #group-phase section on Discord, on the tournament website (challonge.com/awc_group_phase) and also on CoW Forum: forum.callofwar.com/index.php?…c-fixtures-and-standings/
Then look at fixtures - who you are scheduled to play in September... you can check it on CoW Forum (link above) or directly on the tournament website (link also above). On tournament's website you have a Standings view by default, but you can change it to Matches view:
By default the start of the first round is set up for 1st of September 2018 @ 16:00 UTC
What time is that in your area? Here you go:
However start of each match can be re-arranged by leaders / officers of interested parties. There is a flexible window between 1st and 10th of each month.
All you need to do is to talk to each others and agree the start date / timeand then to notify Tournament Admin Team about agreed start date, so we can publish revised schedules.
This is an example of agreement I made with a leader of WPU for our game:
Monday 3rd of Sept 23:30 Warsaw/16:30 Chicago
NB: If you have cross time zones matches - please ensure that both sides understand their start times
